Induction Sealing Wads
Induction sealing have become widely popular in packaging of Foods, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Pesticides, Oil. These seals are for use on HDPE, PET, PP and Glass Containers. We provide the induction sealing BOARD foil and induction sealing EPEWAD foil as per the requirement.
The induction seal is an aluminum based multilayer laminated.
This seal consist of a layer of BOARD(duplex food grade) or EPE WAD of an appropriate thickness and a ploy/polyester film of aluminum foil with a controlled coated of special wax.
The induction sealing wad is inserted into the cap. The capped container is passed under the sealing head of and induction sealing machine. The high frequency magnetic electrical current is generated by the induce coil in machine and the aluminum foil is heated and sealed of the opening of the container and the board or EPE wad remains inside the cap.
The entire process is extremely clean, effective and efficient in a fraction of seconds.
The printing on the seal is centralized or a running text as required.
Aluminium Foil Seal
Aluminum foil seal is used to sealing over HDPE/LDPE/PP/HIPS/PET/PVC & GLASS Container.
We provides aluminum foil seal in different shapes (circle, oval, rectangle, square, easy peel off types) in an required dimensions.
These seals are affixed on the container mouth using heat conducted through a hot plate. The sealant on the seal is compatible with the material of the container and can form a true seal.
These seal are supplied as aluminum foil disc with a suitable lamination of heat sensitive coating or polymer film.
Printing on seal including of centralized printing of brand name or logo, running text and embossing on foils as per the requirement.
Metal Polyster Seal
The metal polyster film seal is used to seal over the pet bottles. we provide this seal in different size as per the requirement.
This seal are affixed on the mouth of the container using a heat conducted hot plate. The poly melted and sealed over the container and can form true seal. This prevents leakage of products. We provide this in two color gold and silver.
EPE Wads Disc
We also provide only EPE WADS in an specified diameter and thickness, which is fitted inside the cap and it acts as a secondary seal.
The primary seal once broken exposes the product these wad seal provide assured air tightness and protects the products.
Induction sealing machine
We are also the dealer of induction sealing machine. Induction sealing machine is used for inductive thermal seal sealing using aluminum foil with non metallic bottles made of plastic or glass to give its superior air tight sealing it most advance and popular sealing technology of the world.
The induction sealing process involves an induction current being applied to metal liner in a plastic cap. First insert the induction seal in to the cap then filled the container and then applied the cap. The induction current heats the foil liner, melt and sealant. The pressure of the threaded cap upon the container provides the required pressure. As the sealing layer is cools it adheres to the bottle.
